Josefina Jolly was born in Buenos Aires in 1985 where she studied Tourism. While working on an airline she used his lunch hours to go out and draw and by the the end of the day she also attended to drawing classes. In 2014 she began to illustrate recipes to learn how to cook. In 2015, she published all the recipes in a book called "Cocinar y Dibujar". Since then she has been making gastronomy illustrations for brands, events, and publications from Argentina and the United States, but what she likes most is making books. In 2017, she published her second book, 313 Dibujos de Buenos Aires, and started 2018 with the launch of Beber y Dibujar.
