When you press the "Buy" button on a product page, it will be added to your shopping cart. It will remain there until you finish your checkout or delete it. Keep in mind that items with limited quantities can change their status while in your cart; and therefore it is possible that when wanting to confirm the purchase of any product it's out of stock and you must delete it from the cart to continue. They will only be reserved to your name when you finish your purchase (check out).
In rare cases, an already reserved item may also change its availability status. In this case you will receive a special notification from our Customer Service team.
You can see a quick view of your cart simply by moving the cursor to the cart icon in the upper right margin.
In the summary view of your cart you can adjust the amount (+ and - buttons), in case you want to add or delete items from it.
If you are previously registered, in the summary you will see the calculation of shipping costs for your registered address.
At the bottom of shopping cart page you will find a space to complete the code of your discount voucher, in case you have one. It is a requirement to complete this code and press the "add" button before continuing with the check out, to obtain the benefit.
Only when you are sure that the items and quantities that appear in the summary of your cart are correct, and that the discount coupon (if any) has been added correctly, continue to the next step (check out) by pressing the button "Following".
In the next step we will ask you your shipping address and your billing address. They may be different. Please verify that the data is complete in detail, gives details of street crossings and all the information that facilitates the delivery. Only if the information is correct, continue with the button "Next".
In the next step you can choose a delivery method. You will always have the possibility of picking up at our Palermo Soho shop. It is not possible at the moment to choose another option for the withdrawal of your purchase. In addition, we will remind you of our purchase conditions (which you must accept to finalize your purchase) and you can ask for a gift ticket without informed prices, in case the purchase is a gift.
In the last step we will ask for your chosen payment option, after which the system will take you to the page of the chosen payment gateway, and once the data and verification process is complete, will return you to our page. Complete the data and do not forget to press the button to return to the seller's page. This way your purchase will be perfectly confirmed.

Discount coupons are alphanumeric codes that you must complete in the space designated for this purpose that is in your shopping cart, in the summary view, step prior to check out. To access the cart, click on the corresponding icon in the upper right margin.
Do not forget that it is a requirement to complete the discount coupon and press the "add" button BEFORE continuing with the check out. In doing so, you will see that the benefit amount is subtracted from the total amount of your purchase; that means the coupon was accepted.
We will not be able to grant benefits to buyers who have completed their purchase without informing the coupon code.
In each product's page you will find the option Add to Favorites. You can check your complete list of favorites on the page of your account, which you can access in the upper right margin.
You can easily add items from your Favorites list to your shopping cart by clicking the "add" button.
During the checkout you will find the "gift" option, which informs us that your order is a gift and therefore will be accompanied by a change ticket with no prices informed.
At the moment we do not have a packaging service with wrapping paper, but we will do our best to make your gift look special.
The availability of the products is informed in the each product's page. Some of our products are handcrafted or in limited series, so their availability may vary. Sometimes a product that is available may change its status to "out of stock". If the product remains in the online catalog with the legend "out of stock" we are likely to be waiting for a new production, and it will be available again soon. You can consult by e-mail or in our social networks on the times of replacement of concrete products.
